Der Zusammenhang zwischen Refluxerkrankungen, LPR (laryngopharyngealer Reflux), GERD und stimmlichen Beschwerden wird in der Praxis h\u00e4ufig vereinfacht dargestellt \u2013 und f\u00fchrt dadurch nicht selten zu ineffektiven oder unklaren Therapieans\u00e4tzen. Doch was passiert tats\u00e4chlich physiologisch? Welche Rolle spielen Entz\u00fcndungsprozesse, das Mikrobiom, Schleimhautver\u00e4nderungen und funktionelle Faktoren f\u00fcr Stimme und Belastbarkeit?<\/p>\n

In diesem interaktiven Kurz-Workshop erh\u00e4ltst du ein klares, wissenschaftlich fundiertes Verst\u00e4ndnis der zugrunde liegenden Mechanismen von Reflux und deren Einfluss auf die Stimme. Du lernst, zwischen LPR und GERD differenziert zu unterscheiden, therapeutische Ma\u00dfnahmen kritisch einzuordnen und typische Fehlannahmen \u2013 etwa zur Wirksamkeit von Protonenpumpenhemmern (<\/strong>PPI)<\/strong> \u2013 evidenzbasiert zu bewerten.<\/p>\n

Anschlie\u00dfend \u00fcbertragen wir das Wissen direkt in die Praxis, damit du stimmliche Beschwerden im Zusammenhang mit Reflux sicher analysieren, erkl\u00e4ren und gezielt begleiten kannst \u2014 sowohl in der Stimmtherapie, im Gesangsunterricht als auch im Vocal Coaching.
